Himalaya Public School welcomes applications from students across Uttarakhand and neighboring regions who are eager to engage in a rigorous CBSE academic model and participate in co-curricular growth.

Admissions are open for Classes Nursery through IX, and Class XI (Science, Commerce, and Humanities). Grades X and XII entries are subject to strict CBSE transfer guidelines and seat vacancy.

Process

Step-by-Step Admission Procedure

We keep our registration process transparent and simple for parents.

1. Online Inquiry or Prospectus Purchase

Submit an online admission inquiry form via our Contact page or visit the school administrative office in Pithoragarh to purchase the official Prospectus and Application form.

2. Application & Document Submission

Fill out the application form completely and submit it along with the necessary documents (such as Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, and previous academic transcripts).

3. Interactive Assessment

An interactive session or age-appropriate grade evaluation is conducted for the candidate to assess basic concepts in key subjects (English, Mathematics, Science).

4. Fee Submission & Confirmation

Upon successful assessment and seat allotment, complete the admission formalities by paying the registration and tuition fees to secure the student's seat.

Documents Checklist for Enrollment

Please ensure you have self-attested copies of the following documents ready at the time of application submission to ensure a swift entry check.

  • Completed Admission Application Form.
  • Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous recognized school (duly counter-signed for boards outside state).
  • Attested copy of municipal/state Birth Certificate (for Nursery to Class I admissions).
  • Report card / Academic Marksheet of the last class attended.
  • Photocopy of the student's Aadhaar Card (UIDAI).
  • 4 recent passport-sized color photographs of the student and 2 of each parent.
  • Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable, issued by a competent state authority.

Transfer Certificate (TC) Verification

Verify the authenticity of Transfer Certificates issued by Himalaya Public School Pithoragarh. Enter the TC number exactly as printed (e.g., HPS/2025/104).
